Since our modest beginnings, Cloud Industry has seen itself as a company whose obligations extend far beyond our customers and the need to generate a healthy ‘bottom line’. Instead, we view our role as a company that contributes positively to the communities in which we work, leaving them a better place than when we found them.
As an initial step to incorporate these actions into a formal corporate social responsibility plan, on 1 December 2017, Cloud Industry partnered with Nonthaphum Home to launch the ‘111 Project’. Supporting children with disabilities, Nonthaphum Home is responsible for looking after disadvantaged children that may have been neglected, abandoned, orphaned or even left homeless
During the initial visit, Cloud Industry’s CEO and the team from the Bangkok office met with a number of children and staff at Nonthaphum Home to better understand the needs of the centre and its residents. The Cloud Industry team also hosted a free lunch, which provided a chance to develop mutual trust and for everyone to get to know each other a little better.
As part of our ongoing commitment to developing the services available at Nonthaphum Home, Cloud Industry aims to construct a brand new football field in early 2018. With developments such as these on the horizon, we hope to bring long-lasting smiles to all the children and staff at Nonthaphum Home.
