Cloud Industry is thrilled to announce the official opening of our new Regional Excellence Centre. Located in the heart of Bangkok’s vibrant commercial and embassy district, the newly opened office represents a significant milestone in our company’s growth. Part of a recent $500,000 investment into our regional expansion, the new office complex forms part of Cloud Industry’s continued expansion throughout the Asia-Pacific and complements other offices recently opened in Singapore, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide.
To celebrate this momentous occasion, Bangkok’s Cloud Industry staff were joined on the day by CEO Martin Schwall and Group Operations Manager David Gallirhir as well as Salesforce representatives in the form of Charles Woodall, Vice President, Partner Sales Industries, Innovation and Partners APAC and Wing-Yip Chan, Senior Manager.
Set over 600sq/m, the new facility is designed to house 102 Cloud Industry experts and consultants, all specialised in the latest cloud technologies and particularly in collaborating with our main partner Salesforce.com. This newly opened complex features a fully-fledged development centre, an independent call centre, and a business development unit along with a reception room to host local cloud community events. In addition to its functional areas, the new premises also feature a specific attention to employee well-being, with a lounge area and even a massage room also included! Designed to become the cornerstone of our Southeast Asian operations, this new facility is forecast to serve as the regional base for the next 2-3 years of expansions.
During a speech at the official opening, Cloud Industry’s General Manager for the Asia-Pacific, Chakri Leelapongwattana, stated that the new facility “will help to promote continued service excellence to Cloud Industry customers throughout the region and beyond”. He also spoke about Cloud Industry’s imminent regional expansion, something which has been recently reinforced by forecasts indicating a 100% year-on-year growth for the next three years.
At the official opening ceremony, Cloud Industry’s Chief Executive Officer Martin Schwall commented that “the opening of a Regional Excellence Centre just four years after the company was established demonstrates what can be achieved by a group of talented and innovative people working together towards a common goal.” Martin continued by saying that, “It is also for us an opportunity to show one more time the capacity of our organisation to deliver on our promises, on time and within budget.” He also reinforced Cloud Industry’s on-going commitment to becoming the Asia Pacific leader in cloud technology services, stating that “Cloud Industry will continue to provide full support for the growth of its partners across APAC while maintaining a top level of services for its customer and positive results for its shareholders.” Cloud industry is currently receiving an impressive 97.9% satisfaction rating from its customers and has delivered an uninterrupted series of profitable results every month since it commenced operations in 2014.
