Cloud Industry’s migration to the Salesforce platform was seen as a strategic management decision aimed at supporting all clients to grow their business. Branded as the Cloud Industry Customer Service Centre, the new platform includes an innovative case management system known as the Salesforce Service Cloud as well as market-leading collaborative support from the Salesforce Community. Offering a revolutionary way of working, the platform allows clients to log cases, pose questions to the community, search for and view articles, and collaborate with ease. In addition, the platform also provides functionalities that are specifically designed to minimise time-consuming tasks, improve task efficiency, and standardise and control the service levels provided to the customer.
With the new Customer Service Centre up and running, Cloud Industry will be able to deliver greater value to customers in the following ways:
